He is survived by: his wife Carol Loveland; his sons, Joseph Charles Tulli of Lee, Michael Anthony Tulli and Anthony Robert Tulli of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Priscilla Brashear of Blue Springs, MO, Ashley and Aaron Tulli of Blue Springs, MO; his great grandchild Donovan Carter Brashear of Blue Springs, MO; and his brothers, John Tulli of Calhan, CO and Jimmy Tulli of Deland, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
