He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marion and Alma LeBow (Bunch); his wives, Geraldine, Donna and Betty; his stepdaughter Danita; and his brother Stanley LeBow.
He is survived by: his brother Jack LeBow (Sharon) of Grove, Oklahoma; his daughter Diana Yates (Bill); his grandchildren, Travis Yates of Lowry City and Sarah Cook of Stroud; his great grandchild Hunter Cook; his stepchildren, Debra Smith, LaDonna Ward, Carrie Moore and Mike Simmons; and his friend Katherine Snyder. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
