He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hassell Scott and Christine Cantrell Scott; his nephew Ricky Dean Karnes; and his great-nephew Ryan Scott. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Wilfong; his daughters, Chrisy Scott of Plattsmouth and Suzanne Scott of Sikeston, Missouri; his stepchildren, Gregory Rublaitus of Washington State, Laura Duncan of St. Louis and Pamela Stewart of Fairview Heights, Illinois; his sister Geraldine Scott Karnes (Ival Gene) of Sikeston; his niece Darla Hamlin of Hollister; and his nephew Craig Karnes of Bertrand. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, and two step- great-grandchildren.
