He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. Phillips of Williamsville, Deborah Phillips of Katy, TX. and Delores Phillips of Webster Groves; and his sister Marie Miller of Smithville, TX.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
