Luckett Welch of Louisiana, MO; his children, Andrew Welch of Hannibal, MO, Nicholas Welch of Paynesville, MO, Patrick Lafferty of Louisiana, MO, Hope Cochrane (Josh) and Savannah Welch of Tavares, FL; his granddaughter Lillian Cochrane of Tavares, FL; and his siblings, William Welch (Sheila) of Bowling Green, MO, Edward Welch (Stephanie) of Louisiana, MO and Rebecca Niffen (Anthony) of Curryville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
