Kakouris, Jr. (Cindy) of Tennessee and Tonya Kakouris; his stepchildren, David Stark of Kentucky, Jonathon Stark (Jami) of Florissant, MO and Sadie Ann Radman (Jason) of Maryland Heights, MO; and his siblings, Patrick Kakouris and Sharon Akers of St. Louis, MO..
