He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Smith and Janice Thole Smith of Bartlesville, OK; his wife Sandra Pence; his children, Cameron Smith (Olivia) of Union, MO, Rob Helkey (Monica) of Gonzales, TX and Jordan Smith of Union, MO; and his siblings, Allan Smith (Debra) of Bartlesville, OK, Rob Smith (Amy) of Bartlesville, OK, Stuart Smith (Jonnie) of El Dorado, KS and Kirsten Craft (Rodney) of Nowater, OK.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
