He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shade and Ruby Shade of Louisiana, MO.; his wife Carol Louise Harrelson of Bowling Green, MO; and his siblings, Norma Preston, Leona Butts, Martha Preston and Donald Shade.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Shade (Linda) and Randy Shade (Stacy); his grandchildren, Matthew Shade, Heather Shade, Dane Shade, Tyler Shade and Isaac Shade; his great grandchildren, Renee Shade, Kash Shade and Matilyn Shade Miller; and his sister Georgiana Martin (Joann).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Pike County Hospice, or Donor's choice.
