He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee Bowler and Betty Lou Anderson Bowler; and his daughter Jamie Marie Burns. He is survived by: his children, Cody Bowler of Louisiana, MO and Daniell Whitby of Independence, MO; his siblings, Rose Hilburn of Louisiana, MO and Mike Bowler of Frankford, MO; his half-sister Brenda Gollaher of Bowling Green, MO; and his grandchildren, Taylor Whitby, Nathan Whitby, Steven Whitby, Dylen Burns, Kylee Burns, Liam Bowler and Tatum Bowler.
