It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Shipley (Louisiana, Missouri), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Smith and Ethel Meyers Smith; her husband Jack Shipley; her son Roy Hopkins; and her siblings, Judy Gibson and Danny Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Hopkins of Loudon, TN and Tammy Shipley of Quincy, IL; her grandchildren, Zachary Sumner, Andy Andrews, Adrian Suddarth and Sydney Ensley; her great grandchildren, Logan Suddarth, Bella Suddarth, Karsyn Roberts, Caden Ellis and Cameron Ellis; and her siblings, Larry Smith of Louisiana, MO, Darrell Smith of Louisiana, MO, Millie Gish of Mexico, MO, Virginia Johnson of Middletown, MO and Bonnie Gates of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
