He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Callahan and Hazel Clouser Callahan; and his siblings, James Callahan, Donald Callahan, George Callahan and Beverly Myers.
He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Perkins of Springfield, MO and Dorothy Walker (Basil) of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
