She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy "Cubby" Turnbaugh and Geraldine Niffen Turnbaugh; her son Isiah Lee Hoskins; and her brother Chris Turnbaugh. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Hoskins; her brother Roy Turnbaugh (Kim) of Foley, MO; and her friends, Tammy Poretti (Dave), Kelly Calgiuri (John) and Linda Preston. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
