He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Herman and Emma Jean Capps Stark. He is survived by: his children, Alissa Moore (Donald), Alexa Stark, Collin Stark (Lauren) and Caden Stark; his grandchildren, Hadley, Drake Moore, Berklee Dowell and Averie Stark; and his siblings, Tony Stark (Jane), Terri Clark (John) and Brad Stark (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
