He is survived by: his wife Willie Lowe; his son Tom Lowe of Buffalo, Missouri; his siblings, Milton Lowe of Elkland, Dale McGowan of Texas, Frank Lowe of Texas, Maybelle Lowe of Buffalo, Gloria Mulkey of Montana and Joanna Lowe of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Durbin of Georgetown, Wanda Stevenson of Lebanon, Willa Stevenson of Decatur, Wilda Davison of Topeka, Kansas and Duane Junior Stevenson.
