It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Verslues of Loose Creek, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Schollmeyer and Lula Schollmeyer (Reynolds); and her sister Loretta McCubbin. She is survived by: her children, Paul Verslues (Wendy) of Taiwan, Bradley Verslues (Angela "Angie") of Jefferson City and Rachel Betancourt (Alex) of Dallas, Texas; her grandchildren, Hannah, Lara, Kylie, Brayden, Dexter, Chase and Josephine; and her brother Bernard Schollmeyer of Dallas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Alzheimer Association.
