He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Fick and Loretta "Dorothy" Fick (Scheulen); his sister JoAnn Backes; and his brother-in-law Carter Peters, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Fick (Ashley) of Loose Creek, Megan Haslag (Shaun) of Bonnots Mill and Cami Bowman (Anthony) of Loose Creek; his grandchildren, Carson, Chloe Fick, Makenna, Savanna, Aliza Haslag, Mila Hagedorn and Corbin Bowman; his siblings, Mark Fick (Teresa) of Columbia, Matt Fick (Linda) of Chamois, Carol Cronhardt (Jack) of Columbia, Ellen Little of Richmond, TX, Rose Backes (Terry) of Linn and Mary Peters-Koenigsfeld (Andy) of Bonnots Mill; and his brother-in-law Glenn Backes of Frankenstein. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
