He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rotter and Mary Catherine Rotter (Kirsch); his sister Catherine (Arthur Porting); and his brother-in-law Richard Holterman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Holt; his son Lee Rotter of Hartsburg; his sisters, Ruth Bowen (John) of Bonnots Mill, Helen Libbert (Larry) of Bonnots Mill and Sharon Holterman of Freeburg; and his granddaughter Athena Decker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
