He is survived by: his parents, Keith Haslag and Dawn Haslag (Rehagen); his brother Easton Haslag; his grandparents, Cletus, Theresa Haslag, Gerald and Phyllis Rehagen; and his aunts and uncles, Stacey Bax (Mike) of Wardsville, Gayle Miller (Walt) of Taos, Darla Weekley of Wardsville, Deann Hartwein (Rob) of Arlington, Tennessee, Sean Haslag (Lindsey) of Loose Creek and Greg Rehagen (Mary Lou) of St. Elizabeth. He is also survived by friends, classmates.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that expressions of sympathy be made to the Education Fund for Easton Haslag or St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Westphalia.
