With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sara Josephine (Cordia) Dierker of Lonedell, Missouri, born in Richwoods, Missouri, who passed away on June 19, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cordia and Mary Louise Cordia; her husband Wilbur Dierker; and her siblings, Pauline Cordia, Helen Pratt, Charlotte Ramey, Louis Cordia, John Cordia, Martin Cordia and Michael Cordia.

She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Dierker (Lena) of Lonedell, MO, Cheryl Long (Gary) of Fenton, MO, Charlotte Purviance (David) of Grover, MO and Kenneth J. Dierker (Tiger) of Grubville, MO; her sisters, Rose Ann Dierker of Webster Groves, MO, Dorothy Dorlac of DeSoto, MO and Lena Haynes of Richwoods, MO; her grandchildren, Amanda Robbins (Brian), Ryan Dierker (Sarah), Travis Dierker (Andrea), Emily Purviance (Mark Streitz), Wayne Dierker, Adam Purviance (Maria), Samantha Jo Dierker-Linton (Andy) and Mikayla Jo Dierker (Garrett Bohler); and her great grandchildren, Luke, Jude, Eli Dierker, Bo Robbins, Draco and Astraea Downey. She is also survived by nieces, nepherws, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the cemetery.

“Cheryl, Charlotte and family we send condolences, prayers and love to all of you during this difficult time. We are sorry for your loss. Your Mother was amazing and such a sweet woman. May she RIP and be with your father now. Cheryl and Charlotte, you helped your mother with everything endlessly. She was blessed you have you two daughters. You did a great job taking care of her. Remember all the fun times with her. We well remember all the fun hayrides. Your parents were so kind. Love Alu's.”
