He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Evans and Margrett Evans; his stepbrothers, Johnny Richardson and Carl Johnson; and his sister Virginia Chidester.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Evans of Lonedell; his children, Ron Evans (Sheila) of St. Louis, Danny Evans of Spickard, Pamela Moon (Jeffrey) of Union, Carrie Evans of Florida and Melinda George (Steve) of Grubville; his brother Daniel Evans (Gayle) of Illinois; and his stepsiblings, Calvin Walton of Portageville, Danny Walton of St. Charles, Sharon Lane of St. Charles and Ann Call of Portageville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations are appreciated to the American Diabetes Association.
