He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McMunn and Ruby McMunn (Hedges); his wife Shirley McMunn (Brewer); and his siblings, Marie, Carl, Bob and David.

He is survived by: his children, Michael (Angi McMunn), Mary (Chad Barbee) and Tony (Katie McMunn); and his siblings, Gene, Bill, Ed and Linda. He is also survived by grandchildren.
