He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Huggins and Genevra Jewel Huggins; and his brothers, George Huggins and Thomas Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Huggins of Lonedell, MO; his daughter Wanda Altmann (Joseph) of St. Clair, MO; his grandson Aaron Altmann (Becca) of Union, MO; and his great grandchild Zane Altmann of Union. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
