He was predeceased by: his father Glen W. Lewis; and his brother Matthew Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Patricia P. Lewis (Davis) of Lone Jack, MO; his son William Lewis of Oak Grove, MO; his brothers, Jim Lewis (Estelle) of Belton, MO and Tom Lewis of Lone Jack, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Nicolas Lewis, Natalie Lewis, Aubrey Lewis and Adelyn Lewis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Restoration Branch (1203 N Broadway St, Oak Grove, MO 64075).
