She is survived by: her parents, Jack Claude Curtis Sr. and Veva Curtis (Cochran) of La Belle, MO; her husband Bill O'Brien; her stepchildren, Amanda Menke (Jerry) of Shawnee, KS, Katie O'Brien of Quincy, IL and Nick O'Brien (Morgan) of Milwaukee, WI; her grandchildren, Makinze, Tatum, Zekaius Menke and Nadia O'Brien; her siblings, Cathy Cook of Erlanger, KY and Jack Curtis Jr. (Carol) of Taylor, MO; her nephews, Adam, Odie Jr., Mark Cook and Jack Curtis III; her niece Samantha Williams; and her close friend Adrianna Breshears Monks Hall. She is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to Disabled American Veterans.
