We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2022, at the age of 81, Dorothy M. (Penn) Barker of Lone Jack, Missouri, born in Anderson, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hugh and Laverna Fay Penn (Osborn); and her sisters, Rita Craig and Donna Lee Robbins. She is survived by: her husband David Ned Barker; her grandchildren, Shannon, David, Ryan, Matt, Katie, Davey, Isaac, Sarah and Zoe; and her siblings, Beverly Campbell (Ron) of Carl Junction and Arthur Dale Penn (Rhonda) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by numerous cousins and nieces and nephews.
