He is survived by: his wife Gracie Alice Robertson; his grandson Kadyn Sanchez; his children, David Sanchez II of Houston and Miranda Ann Sanchez-Avalos (Roland) of Baytown, Texas; his grandchildren, David Sanchez III, Amethyst Jailyn Sanchez, Angelic Dionne Sanchez, Edward Sanchez, Amirand Avalos and Noah Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Vanessa Vasquez of David Sanchez, IV and Alessio Flores; his father Blas Sanchez, Sr. of Houston; and his siblings, Daniel Sanchez of Mesa, Adam Sanchez of Conroe, Ray Sanchez (Faye) of Mont Belvieu, Texas, Sally Traweek of Flatonia and Julie Sanchez of Mont Belvieu.
