He is survived by: his mother Ella Mae Whaley (Brown); his son Jeremiah Whaley; his father Roger Whaley; his brother Terry Whaley (Jean) of Springfield, MO; his granddaughter Callie Whaley of Pittsburg, KS; and his niece Tera Whaley of Florida. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
