It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Lillian Neill of Lockwood, Missouri, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Easson and Lena Easson; her siblings, Margarite Easson, Annis Gillock Hixon (Lawrence Gillock), Katherine (Charles Langston) and Sheldon (Nora Ruth Easson); and also Susan Langston Vonier.
She is survived by: her family Easson Sales; her husband John Neill; her children, Karrie Sands (Neal), Karla Gregg (Chuck), Kevin Neill (Heather) and Kirk Neill (Kristin); her grandchildren, Nathan Sands, Eric Sands (Crystal), Kayla Goings (David), Jonathan Gregg, Joseph Gregg (Megan), Skylar Neill (Kesler), Lakin Neill, Rylee Neill, Makinley Neill and Adrien Neill; and her great grandchildren, Brinley Clair, Kyson Goings, Rowan Goings, Howard Sands and Everett Gregg. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility or to the Lockwood United Methodist Church.
