He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Coble; his children, Kevin Heiskell, Geneva Heiskell, Cindy Smith, Janice Frazier (Randy) and Lisa Sikes; his daughter-in-law Paula Heiskell Forsythe; his brothers, Paul Heiskell (Helen) and Frank Heiskell (Frances); his grandchildren, Dustin Heiskell (Chelsey), Charissa Lock (Ryan), Aaron Heiskell, Zachary Smith (Kaley), Gabrielle Smith, Drew Frazier (Ashley), Marti Frazier, Faith Frazier, Silas Frazier, Olivia Frazier, Kyle Sikes (Tana), Victoria Benner (Colton) and Lacy Heiskell; his great grandchildren, Braydon Smith, Aidan, Madalyn, Jude Frazier, Lane, Truman Lock, Hunter Heiskell, Kaide and Kylan Sikes; his wife Effie Mae Heiskell; his parent Harold; his son Norman L. Heiskell; his granddaughter Hannah Frazier; his son-in-law Paul Sikes; and his siblings, Vernon, Eldon Heiskell, Betty Woods, Mary Orrell and Doris Daniel. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
