He is survived by: his brother Edward; his daughter Kathryn; his wife Dorma Banta; his children, Debra Stefan (Paul), Kathy Kerr (JD) and Jerry Banta (Connie); his great grandchild Brian Banta (Sarina); his children, Brayden, Jesse and Jason Banta (Leslie); his grandchildren, Thomas, Harmony, Evan and Machelle Anderson; his children, Jaxsyn, Bayler, Jayde Anderson, Mark Stefan and Doug Stefan (Megan); his grandchildren, Cody, Gabe, Levi and Leland Kerr; his children, Elijah, Emry and Jared Kerr (Paige); his grandchild Colter; his son Nathan Kerr (Kennyn); and his grandson Joel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lockwood.
