He is survived by: his children, Kathy Waits (Jim) and Larry Dean Tate (Valerie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Allred (Jeffery), Rick Tate (Britany) and Raysha Tate of Appleton City, MO; his great grandchildren, Layne and Rhett Tate; and his siblings, Janet Meek and Mike Tate (Susan). He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
