It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Kay Long of Linneus, Missouri, who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Prewitt and Hertha Elizabeth Murrain (Guyer); her daughter Jennifer Marie Long; and her sons-in-law, James Allan Jefferson and Joseph Peek.
She is survived by: her husband Bradford A. Long; her children, Brian Long (Cindy) of Cameron, MO, Briana Jefferson of Cameron, MO and Kimberly Bailey (Zach) of Decatur, TN; her grandchildren, Katelyn Brame (Dalton), Kristyn Reed (Michael), Bryce Long, James Brandon Jefferson, Amanda Jefferson, Ezekiel Peek and Kodiak Peek; and her sister Carleta Pool (Tom). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
