He is survived by: his father Lester Miller; his stepmother Betty of Sarasota, Florida; his siblings, Conrad Miller (Linda) of Puryear, Tennessee, Karen Eicher (Marlin) of Sterling and Leanna Hershberger (Joseph) of Nickerson, Kansas; and his stepsiblings, Wendel Miller (Diane) of Warsaw, Keith Miller (Regina) of Turbotville, Pennsylvania, Crystal Moyer (Phil) of Turbotville and Starla Schlabach (Mark) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews as well as several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
