He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold and Mina Denham (Evans); his wife Ruby Zetty Phelon; his son Ricky Denham; and his siblings, Jim, Ronnie Denham, Phyllis Cooke, Katherine DuBois and Shirley Cook.
He is survived by: his former wife Gladys Jones; his daughters, Bonnie McBrearety (Michael) of Clarksburg and Cherie Osterhoff (Jerry) of Linn, Missouri; and his siblings, John Denham of Blue Springs, David Denham of Dawn, Kenneth Denham of Trenton, Missouri and Carolyn Huff of Owatonna, Minnesota.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren.
