He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Duke" T. Livingston and Mary Carolyn Livingston (Smith); and his sister Karen Geertsen. He is survived by: his sister Mary Carson (Charlie) of Wichita, KS.; and his nieces, Elizabeth Dark of Fort Worth, TX., Jenn Jessop of Lehi, UT., Melissa Kiphart of Park City, KS. and Sarah Kiphart of Maize. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews; along with many friends.
