He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Miller and Mayme Baumgartner (Murray); his stepfather Anthony "Tony" Baumgartner; his parents-in-law, Earl and Ruby Tyree (Monroe); and his sisters-in-law, Vera Tyree and Jo Ann Tyree.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Tyree; his sons, Kenny Miller (Michelle) of Frankenstein and Randy Miller (Loretta) of Linn; his grandchildren, Kyle Miller (Chelsie), Chad Miller (Chrissy), Robbie Miller and Nicholas Miller; his great grandchildren, Jade, Jude, Colten, Carson, Cooper and Cisalee; his aunt Rosetta Horne of Centertown; and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Tyree (Jackie) of Linn, Herbert Tyree of Linn and Ronnie Tyree (Darlene) of Chamois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
