He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Brandt (Sallin); his wife Chelsea McCuskey; his children, Addisyn Grace, Kynlee Renee, Mylee Lynn, Paisley Mae and Beckham Matthew Smith; his siblings, John Smith (Krystle) of Bonnots Mill, Sarah Pyatt of Linn, Rebeka Stevens (Dustin) of Columbia, Christopher Brandt (Claire Hemphill) of Chamois, Mikalah Lauberth (Alex) of Bonnots Mill, Aaron Brandt of St. Louis, Katie Brandt (Tyler Lopez) of Chamois, Claire Brandt of Chamois, Tyler Brandt of Chamois and Dawson Brandt of Chamois; his parents-in-law, James McCuskey, Angela Casey of Chamois, Ed, Stacy Thoenen of Linn and Cathy Roark of Linn; and his siblings-in-law, Alyssa Temmen (Josh) of Westphalia, Kristin McCuskey of Linn, Shelby Thoenen (Stephen Padgett) of Montgomery City and James "Jimmy" McCuskey (Ella Scheulen) of Linn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
