She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ray and Mary Joan Kellogg (Beller); and her brothers, William and Kevin Kellogg. She is survived by: her husband Tom Ortbals; her children, Danielle Howard (Jeff) of Linn and T. J. Ortbals (Staci) of Columbia; her grandchildren, Bridgette Howard, Caleb and Joshua Ortbals; and her siblings, Robert Kellogg II (Patricia) of Ballwin, John Kellogg (Jolene) of Roach and Melanie Donovan (William) of Linn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Samaritan Center in Jefferson City.
