He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jaegers and Frances Jaegers (Bogler); his siblings, Norman, Victor, Albert Jaegers, Josephine Samson, Wilma Maasen, Florence Samson and Legora Ray; and his son-in-law Michael Niederhelm.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Kirsch; his children, Deborah Niederhelm of Holts Summit, Janet Haslag (Michael) of Linn, Charlotte Boeckman (Larry) of Jefferson City, Charlene Eisterhold (Rob) of Rich Fountain, Doris Keilholz (Bernell) of Frankenstein, Dale Jaegers (Robin) of Linn, Keith Jaegers (Debbie) of Linn and Kenneth Jaegers (Janelle) of Linn; and his sister Viola Schaefer of Union. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. George Catholic Church.
