He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bellsmith, Sr. and Geneva Bellsmith (Little). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kumler; his children, Christopher Bellsmith (Mimi Roy) of Linn and Jeannie Bellsmith (Christopher Matano) of Danville, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jacob Matano, Cassidy Matano and Callie Bellsmith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
