He is survived by: his children, Kevin Shelley (Jennifer) of Springfield, IL, Alan Shelley (Jorie) of Fairview Heights, IL, Bruce Shelley (Bryan Jones) of Fairview Heights, IL, Cynthia Manley (Tim) of Swansea, IL and Debra Castiller (Chris) of Bellville, IL; his siblings, Kenneth Shelley (Margaret) of Linn, Marcella Sturdevant (Bobby) of San Antonio, TX and Irene Grothoff (Richard) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Nicole Davis, Jessica McCalla (Ryan), Tyler Castiller (Chelsea), Ryan Manley (Patsy), Jordan Castiller (Sarah), Kristen Shelley, Alexis Manley, Grayson Shelley, Kayla Castiller, Braden Shelley and Alana Shelley; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Shelley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
