He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Shoults and Marjorie Shoults (Todd); his son Billy Shoults, Jr.; and his siblings, Lester Eugene Shoults, Francis Shoults and Kathy Carver.
He is survived by: his wife Maude Todd; his children, David Shoults (Kristen) of Linn, Marjorie Shoults of Linn and Lisa Owens (Buck) of Belle; his siblings, Gary Shoults of Linn and Sharon Huckabee of Owensville; his grandchildren, Justin, Hayli, Gavin, Kylie, Maci, Landon and Liam; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Paisley and Maeve. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morton Chapel - Linn (911 E Main St, Linn, MO 65051). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
