He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Linda Moyer (Martens); his wife Linda Moyer of Linn Creek; his father Billy Eugene Moyer of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Tony Schlicht (Deb) of Roxbury, Bradley Schlicht of Linn Creek and Chadwick Schlicht (Brenda) of McPherson, Kansas; his sister Patty Ward (Don) of Clearwater, Florida; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matt, Jayme, Makayla, Daniel, Jason, Alisha, Ashley, Micah, Blake, Dylan and Faith; his niece Amy Ballard (Lee); his children, Mackenzie and Carter of Newport Richey, Florida.; and his brother Charlie. He was also cherished by 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
