He is survived by: his wife Linda Welker; his children, Steven Welker of San Antonio, Texas and Cheryl Elsaesser of Salinas, California; his grandchildren, Dylan, Kelsey, Kaylee and Leanna; and his siblings, Greg Welker (Teresa) of Green Bay, Randy Welker (Paula) of North Port, Jeff Welker (Terry) of St. Louis, Nancy Pautler (Paul) of Williamsburg, Virginia and Amy Milner (Jim) of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
The family suggests memorials to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
