She is survived by: her sons, Chad Elkins (Banita) of Granbury and Chase Elkins (Amber) of Linn Creek, Missouri; her siblings, Robert Spruell of Texarkana, Arkansas and Edna Horton of Carthage, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Anna, Russell, Savannah and Samuel.
