It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Ray Shaffer of Linn Creek, Missouri, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shaffer and Ruth Shaffer (Beggs); his sisters, Patti Bateman and Micki Shaffer; and his grandchildren, John Paul and Chance.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Shaffer; his children, Michael Scott Shaffer (Dixie) of St. James, Tammy Wallace (Jonathan) of Montgomery Creek, Jonnie Scobell (Peter) of Christiana and Leslie Avila of Camdenton, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Scott, Jonnie Nicole, Daniel, Jeffery and Jonanthan Lucas. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
