We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2020, at the age of 78, James Oscar Hurd in Linn Creek, Missouri, born in Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hurd and Gladys Hurd (Meyne); his wife Judy Hurd; and his sister JoAnn Chapman. He is survived by: his daughter Joelle Strader (Scott) of Evansdale; his granddaughters, Staci and Mara Strader; and his sister Judy Kuhlmann (Virgil) of Readlyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
