He is survived by: his wife Lisa Van Dee of Missouri; his stepmother Elizabeth Van Dee of Missouri; his children, Kerry Turner (Curt) of Iowa, Terry Hall (Mike) of Arizona, Tara Frazee of Arizona and David Van Dee (Heather) of Iowa; and his sisters, Diana Nissen (Bryan) of Iowa, Deby Buck (Edward) of Arizona, Joni Boots of Iowa, Tamara Van Dee (Kevin) of Michigan and Lyndi Stahlberg (Shane) of Minnesota.
