He is survived by: his parents, Scott Perry and Donna Perry of Linn Creek, Missouri; his brother Joshua; his sister-in-law Lindsay Perry of Linn Creek, Missouri; and his grandparents, Clarice Perry of Osage Beach, Missouri and Kenneth Snapp of Pacolet. He is also survived by 3 children, Coty's nieces.
