He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rhonda Wurm; his parents, Richard Wurm and Rita Wurm; his children, Justin Wurm (Kristen), Kristina Almanza (Jason), Jarred Wurm (Nicole) and Natalie Jones (Andy); his grandchildren, Atticus, Lucy, Rory Wurm, Parker, Otto Almanza, Wyatt, Lyla Wurm, Collin, Madeline and Patrick; his siblings, Theresa Jackson (Tim), Michael Wurm (Sharon), Kenny Wurm (Stacey), Becky Klopstein (Craigen) and Timmy Wurm; and his friend Tommy Teson.

Memorials may be made in Patrick's name to Shriners' Childrens Hospital.
